Support & Maintenance
AAC Systems offers a range of comprehensive support services designed to cater for every eventuality. Available services start at Standard and extend up to Gold Plus depending on your requirements. A brief overview of the services is shown below:
Standard Support

Standard Plus
Access to the Help Desk via telephone, fax or email, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 9am-5pm.Services include a Call Logging facility, general advice & guidance on day to day operational aspects of hardware & software supplied by ourselves.
Standard Plus offers extended support hours from 08:30hrs to 17:30hrs and the option to allow a Remote Support connection to the customer system environment.
Software Support
or
Software Plus
Includes the Standard services above plus technical telephone support for all software applications covered by an AAC Systems Ltd. Annual Maintenance Agreement.
Software Plus offers extended support hours from 08:30hrs to 17:30hrs and the option to allow a Remote Support connection.
Hardware Support
or
Hardware Plus
Includes the Standard services above plus on-site engineering support for all scanner hardware covered by an AAC Systems Ltd. Annual Maintenance Agreement.
Hardware Plus offers extended support hours from 08:30hrs to 17:30hrs and the option to allow a Remote Support connection.
Gold Support
or
Gold Plus
Gold Support combines Standard, Software & Hardware Support and includes up to 2 days on-site consultancy per year to ensure a comprehensive support package Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Gold Plus offers the same extended hours of support, 8:30hrs to 17:30hrs Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and the option to allow a Remote Support connection.
