Information Capture Requirements Analysis
Together with your team we will carry out a review of your existing business and document management processes to determine areas where efficiencies can be gained. Your existing technical infrastructure will be analysed to ensure that any systems or solutions we design, including document scanning, information routing and management, all integrate seamlessly with your existing business environments.
Specification and Design
Your requirements for document scanning, data capture and subsequent information management are agreed via business and technical workshops, and are finalised during a review process. Functional, technical and business process design work is undertaken with regular review milestones. Agreeing the test scope and approach forms the final stage of the design process.
Our project management process includes the scheduling of resources and the production of documentation including project plans, project initiation documents and statements of work detailing milestones, deliverables and dependencies. In addition, progress reports are produced and reviewed at regular project meetings.
Implementation, Testing, Training and Handover
A thorough programme of testing is conducted to ensure that all of your project requirements have been met, with any exceptions being tracked, resolved and retested. End user, administrator and technical training is also offered through tailored workshops leading to handover of the fully commissioned system to your teams.
